WHAT IS A SOFT WASH?

Soft washing is a cleaning method using low water pressure removing the chances of damaging the material being cleaned.  SuperXterior uses a special chemical solution that is sprayed on the surface to remove mildew, moss, algae, organic stains, oxidation, rust, bacteria and even viruses! Soft washing is a very common application used by us for stone, wood, stucco, concrete, roofs, vinyl and many others!

WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY HOUSE WASHED?

WHAT IS OXIDATION AND WHY IS IT BAD?

Paint based surfaces and plastic based materials when exposed to oxygen a natural process called oxidation occurs.  Oxidized surfaces typically appear dull, faded and are chalky to the touch.  If oxidation is not removed early enough it will lead to permanent damage to the surface and will require replacement rather than a treatment for the fraction of the cost!
