Why should you clean your exterior surfaces?

All exterior surfaces are vulnerable to algae, mold, plant growth, moss and dirt build up.  These cause the surfaces to change color to green, yellow, brown or even BLACK!  When this happens and is not taken care of regularly it WILL cause DAMAGE!
